Warranty Repair

Corrective work was carried out on July 23, 2025, under the project’s warranty to resolve identified issues with the driveway, performed by Lexington Blacktop. The repair involved excavating and repaving a section of the driveway, along with installation of a drain line at the entrance of the driveway. The existing asphalt near the rear of the residence was not part of this repair. The drain line installation area is visible in later documentation, which also shows damage to the curb apron in this location that was not present prior to the repair. The repairs and their progress are recorded through chronological evidence and supporting documentation.
