Complimentary Seal Coat

A protective seal coat was applied to the pavement surface on June 3, 2026, by Lexington Blacktop, to enhance durability, improve weather resistance, and extend the lifespan of the asphalt. The application was completed in two coats: the first applied by hand (squeegee) along edges near the garage, sidewalks, and plantings, with the remainder applied by sprayer; a second coat, applied later the same day by sprayer, did not extend to these hand-applied edge areas.
