Post Seal Coat Observations

Recorded following application of the complimentary seal coat provided under the original contract. The video and photographs document the driveway’s condition afterward, including visible cracking and the overall appearance of the finished work, and show the drain cover installed at the entrance of the driveway during the July 23, 2025 warranty repair. Prior to the seal coat, primary concerns about edge cracking had been communicated to the contractor and office staff. Following completion, tire impressions were observed embedded in crack filler near the driveway edge, along with additional cracking in the area where the contractor’s truck went off the pavement edge during application, and crack filler applied to multiple areas some corresponding to existing paving seams, and others in locations that have never shown any cracking, before or after the seal coat. The video also documents damage to the curb apron at the drain line installation area, which was not present prior to the July 23, 2025 repair work.
