Standing water was observed to occur consistently following rainfall, with the extent of pooling increasing in proportion to the amount of rainfall. The earliest photographic documentation of this condition is from May 30, 2025, with additional photographs taken June 13, 2025, showing the continued presence of standing water and related pavement defects near the driveway edge and entrance pillar.

Standing Water During Drainage Evaluation

Recorded during a site visit with the salesperson to evaluate recurring standing water on the driveway. After being shown where water regularly collected following rainfall, the salesperson stated he wanted to study the situation further. During a heavy rainstorm, the video documents standing water and muddy conditions on the driveway while crew members use shovels to move water off the pavement.
